MAUSTON, WIS. — CBRE has arranged the sale of Riverwood Apartments, a 32-unit community in Mauston, 74 miles northwest of Madison, Wisconsin. Tripp & Associates was the buyer, and the seller was an entity doing business as Riverwood Apartments LLC. The sales price was approximately $4 million. CBRE’s team representing the seller was led by Sean Beuche, Max Colby, Matson Holbrook and Gretchen Richards. Riverwood, built in 1994, is comprised of four two-story buildings on approximately 3.2 acres along the Lemonweir River. Units are offered in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
