YONKERS, N.Y. — CBRE has arranged a land sale at 1219 Yonkers Ave. for a future multifamily development. A joint venture of Aubrey Capital and Empire General Contracting sold the parcel to Stagg Group for $9.5 million. The CBRE team of William V. Cuddy Jr. and Jacqueline Novotny marketed the site and represented Aubrey Capital in the negotiations. The property is already entitled for a 19-story, 412,866-square-foot mixed-use building comprised of 266 multifamily units, 1,600 square feet of retail space, approximately 16,000 square feet of amenity space and 278 parking spaces.
