CHICAGO — Thesis Investment Group has sold 1515 N. Fremont Street in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood to Beal Properties for $20.4 million. Marcus & Millichap’s Kyle Stengle represented the seller and procured the buyer. The 98-unit property, built in 2016, includes approximately 4,000 square feet of commercial space and features a lounge, barbecue and picnic areas, indoor bike storage, package lockers and controlled access.
