SAN ANTONIO — United Apartment Group (UAG), a third-party multifamily property management company and affiliate of Brixton Capital, has appointed Sean Thompson to the role of chief operating officer of affordable housing, a newly created executive position that focuses on strategic growth of the company’s affordable housing portfolio. UAG currently manages 101 affordable housing communities representing approximately 13,000 units. Before joining UAG, Thompson served as president of asset management at The Wentwood Cos., where he oversaw a portfolio of affordable housing assets representing general partner ownership and limited partner investment interests.
