Alfred, RKW Merge with Quarterra’s Property Management Division

NEW YORK CITY — Prop tech company Alfred and RKW Residential have merged with Quarterra Living. Alfred owns property management firm RKW. Quarterra Living is the property management division of developer Quarterra Multifamily. With the newly combined portfolio, the company will manage approximately 52,000 units nationwide. A new name and branding to accompany this merger has not been announced.
