PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA. — Alliance Residential Co. has acquired 10.7 acres of land in Peachtree Corners, a city about 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta, for the development of Broadstone Innovation. The 326-unit property site is located within Technology Park Atlanta, a 500-acre district home to several tech firms and startups. Designed by Brock Hudgins Architects and MAD Studios, Broadstone Innovation will offer floor plans ranging from 600-square-foot junior one-bedrooms to 1,100-square-foot two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a resort-style pool, a fitness center, an outdoor kitchen, fire pits and access to walking trails. Broadstone Innovation will also feature wellness amenities including an infrared salt-sauna, which is a type of sauna that combines salt and heat, and red-light therapy pods, devices that look like tanning beds that use red lights to stimulate muscle recovery and support skin health.
The double-height clubroom will overlook the pool courtyard and include work pods along with a large open area for lounging or hosting events. Additional highlights will include gated parking with electric vehicle charging stations, a dog park and pet spa and dedicated parking areas to accommodate food trucks for community gatherings and events. Completion is slated for spring 2027.
