ST. CLOUD, FLA. — Arizona-based Alliance Residential Co. has completed and opened Cielo View, a 311-unit community at 190 Everton Drive in St. Cloud, about 28 miles south of Orlando. Cielo View offers one- and two-bedroom units that feature Samsung stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, white shaker cabinetry with chrome hardware, in-unit washers and dryers and walk-in closets with dedicated linen and storage closets.
