Built in 2002, Haven at Midtown offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool with a grilling area, a gym, internet access, a dog park, garages and covered parking. Greystar will be the property manager for this asset.

Keith Construction is the general contractor. JCJ Architecture is the architect. Collective Design Associates and Langan Engineering and Environmental Services are providing engineering services. Bank of America provided a construction loan and more than half of the project’s funding through its investment in the low-income housing and historic tax credits generated by the development. Kenneth Blomsterberg, Ryan Rife and Daniel Winrod of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer. Vista Ridge Apartments was built in 1996 on 19 acres. According to project plans from the developer, Oliver Springs will comprise 21 residential buildings on a 16-acre site. Amenities include a clubhouse with a pool and outdoor kitchens, a dog park and an 8’ sound wall on the southern property line. The project is slated to complete in spring 2025.
