PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Bond Cos. has broken ground on Inspire Prairie Springs in Pleasant Prairie, seven miles west of Kenosha, Wisconsin. The first phase of the project will be complete in 2027 and will include 332 units across three residential buildings and an amenity clubhouse.
RINKA is the architect, and Stevens Construction Corp. is the general contractor. The three-story, garden-style buildings will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 500 to 1,405 square feet. In each elevator-served building, residents will have access to a lobby amenity suite featuring a lounge, coworking space, package room and bicycle and resident storage. An additional third-floor resident lounge will include communal seating, a wet bar and an outdoor patio.
The community will also have an outdoor pool, pickleball courts, putting green, outdoor fitness space, dog park, playground, recreation trail, cabanas, fire pits, grilling stations and a car care station with a vacuum and power washer available to residents.
A second phase of construction is planned for 378 units across five three-story residential buildings and another amenity clubhouse. When that phase is completed in 2028, the total unit count will be 710.
