ST. LOUIS — ARCO Construction and architect HDA have completed The Rail, a 268-unit project in St. Louis. The Rail comprises 278,659 square feet across four stories. The property also includes a three-level parking garage totaling 94,598 square feet.  Tenants have access to amenities such as a gathering kitchen, fitness center, game lounge, theater, coworking spaces and conference rooms. Additionally, the complex offers outdoor amenities, including a pool and grilling area. Monthly rents start at $1,410, according to the property’s website. Units come in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans.

Dominium Acquires Land for LIHTC Development Near Austin

MAXWELL, TEXAS — Dominium has acquired a site in Maxwell, 30 miles south of Austin, for construction of Anson Crossing, a 312-unit affordable housing development. Anson Crossing’s homes will be available to renters earning no more than 60 percent of the area median income. Dominium’s partners on the low-income housing tax credit project include Caldwell County, Winthrop & Weinstine, BKV Group, Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., Braun Intertec Corp., Commercial Partners Title, On Track Ministries and UMB Bank. A construction timeline and financing specifics were not disclosed.

Roers Locks in $89.6 Million to Fund Two Minneapolis Developments

CHANHASSEN, MINN — Roers Cos. has secured an $89.6 million financing package to fund development of two adjacent apartment communities in Chanhassen, about 20 miles southwest of Minneapolis. The Bennett Apartments, located at 591 W. 78th St., will feature 184 units and 11,853 square feet of retail space. The Harlow Apartments, at 570 Market St., will include 126 units and 3,029 square feet of retail space. The projects are expected to be complete in 2026.
