Dean Ave., adjacent to the Raymore Galleria, a 400,000-square-foot shopping center. Apartments come in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, dog park and speakeasy-inspired clubhouse. Rents begin at $1,295 per month. The nine-story building is currently nearly 30 percent leased.
ST. LOUIS — ARCO Construction Co. is underway on The Rail, a 268-unit development in St. Louis. The $61 million project will comprise 278,500 square feet across four stories. The Rail will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Planned amenities include a courtyard, pool, grilling area, game lounge, fitness center, gathering kitchen and three-story parking garage. KANSAS CITY, MO. — The Kansas City Current, a professional women’s soccer team, has unveiled plans for an $800 million mixed-use project on the Missouri riverfront in downtown Kansas City. Partners for the development include Palmer Square Capital Management, Marquee Development and the Port Authority of Kansas City. ST. LOUIS — Berkadia has brokered the sale of Crossing at Northpointe, a 334-unit property in St. Louis. Utah-based Sundance Bay sold the asset to a New Jersey-based buyer for an undisclosed price. Andrea Kendrick, Ken Aston and Bobby Mills of Berkadia represented the seller in the deal. Crossing at Northpointe was constructed in 1972 and renovated in 2021. The community was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.
