HOMESTEAD, FLA. — Berkadia has arranged a $58.3 million Freddie Mac loan for Denver-based Grand Peaks Properties and Washington, D.C.-based Artemis Real Estate Partners. The two firms will use the funds to refinance existing debt on The Olivia in Homestead, located about 27 miles south of Miami.
