GREENSBORO, N.C. — Crescent Communities has completed, opened and begun leasing HARMON Jefferson Village, a rental townhome community in Greensboro, less than half a mile from the Jefferson Village shopping center. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based investor, developer and operator’s HARMON brand portfolio is comprised of single-family rental communities in Sun Belt markets. Jefferson Village features three- to four-bedroom units and amenities that include a pool with a pavilion and outdoor kitchen with a grilling station and outdoor dining, an event lawn and trailhead access to Price Park.
HARMON properties in Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, Phoenix and Tampa are currently leasing or under development. Crescent Communities also has announced a second joint venture partnership with Heitman to invest in the development of approximately six HARMON communities.
Heitman was Crescent’s equity partner on HARMON Jefferson Village. Copper Builders was the general contractor, Kimley-Horn was civil engineer and landscape architect, Vinyet Architecture was the architect for the townhomes and Cooper Cary was architect for the pool house.
