DENVER — Crescent Communities has opened NOVEL Uptown in Denver. The five-story community includes 261 apartments in a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Corvus Coffee is a retail tenant at the project. BMO and Oxford Properties Group were financial partners. The construction and development team consisted of Tryba Architects (architecture), Kimley-Horn (civil engineering), Dig Studio (landscape architecture), ESG and Milender White (interior design and general contracting, respectively). Crescent Communities has been active in the past year in Colorado. NOVEL RiNo in Denver’s River North Arts District opened in September. Crescent also recently broke ground on NOVEL HiFi, a community within the 25-acre Flatiron Crossing development in Broomfield. Last fall, Crescent Communities sold NOVEL White Fence Farm in Lakewood. Crescent’s multifamily communities are branded under the NOVEL, RENDER and HARMON names.
