CONWAY, ARK. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of and financing for The Edge at Donaghey, a 120-unit community in Conway. Azalea Holdings II LLC sold the property to Sundance Real Estate for an undisclosed price. Travis Prince, Victoria Marks, Shawn Lubic and Martin Bynum of Cushman & Wakefield represented both parties in the deal.
The Edge at Donaghey was built in 2013. The community is located at 530 S Donaghey Ave., adjacent to the University of Central Arkansas. The Edge at Donaghey offers by-the-bed leasing including utilities and furniture. Amenities include a business center, fitness studio, study areas, pool and clubhouse. The buyer plans to add to the existing amenity package.
