Canyon View Capital purchased the asset from Landmark Apartments II LLC in two phases, paying $40.3 million in February 2023 and $38.5 million in February 2024. SPRINGDALE, ARK. — ERC Holdings and Houston-based Tradewind Properties will develop The Ramsay, a 272-unit project located at Elm Springs Road and N. 48th Street in Springdale. The property will comprise 18 three-story buildings. The unit mix includes 143 one-bedroom and 129 two-bedroom apartments. Planned amenities include a café and lounge, 1,900-square-foot wellness center, pocket park, meditation room, dog park and a clubhouse. Pick-It Construction is the general contractor, and the architect is Rob Sharp. The first units are slated to deliver in the fall of this year.

ROGERS, ARK. — CBRE has arranged financing for the development of Pinnacle Springs, a mixed-use development located at 1800 S. Osage Springs Drive in Rogers. Pinnacle Springs will comprise 362 apartments and 91,000 square feet of retail space, including a 37,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market grocery store. ROGERS, ARK. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of The Fitzroy Grove, a 250-unit community in the northwest Arkansas city of Rogers. Martin Bynum and Craig Hey represented the seller, Huffman & Co. Lurin Capital acquired the property. The Fitzroy Grove was built in 2021. According to the property website, units come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool with cabanas, bocce and pickleball courts, a business center, dog park, package center, fitness center, a lounge and a business center.
