Define Living Buys Land in West Houston for Park Row Project

by Lynn Peisner

HOUSTON — Define Living has acquired a 10-acre piece of land in Houston’s Energy Corridor, a mixed-use business district with a concentration of offices, housing, retail, recreation and other uses. The seller was Houston-based Wolff Cos., whose holdings within the district are known as Central Park and, according to the company, are among the last undeveloped parcels in the Energy Corridor area. With the acquisition by Define Living, Central Park now has one remaining parcel for sale.

Locally based Define Living develops wellness-themed communities. The new project is called Define Living: Park Row. Construction will begin in the fourth quarter of this year and is slated for completion by the fourth quarter of 2026. Mucasey & Associates is the architect, while Blazer Building will oversee construction. The mid-rise, four-story community will include 388 one- and two-bedroom units that feature gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets and patios.

Amenities include a fitness center with daily classes, indoor cycling and yoga studios, an infrared sauna and cold plunge, resort-style lap pool, two pickleball courts, a dog park, bicycle spa, a juice bar, direct access to walking and biking trails and a personal wellbeing coach for every resident.
