FRANKLIN, TENN. — EMBREY has closed on financing, provided by Texas Capital, and begun construction of Thatcher at Aureum, located in the 22-acre Aureum mixed-use development in the Nashville suburb of Franklin. This marks San Antonio-based EMBREY’s fourth multifamily project in Franklin. Completion is slated for the third quarter of 2027. The 296 studio-to-three-bedroom floor plan options will be offered along with amenities such as a clubhouse with workspaces, a resort-style pool and a hot tub, a rooftop terrace, fitness and yoga studios, a 24-hour package room with refrigeration, bike storage and repair facilities, and a pet park.
