GERMANTOWN, TENN. — Locally based Fogelman Properties has acquired The Vineyards of Germantown, a 200-unit community approximately 20 miles east of Memphis, Tennessee. Fogelman acquired the asset through a joint venture with Dallas-based Thackeray Partners, marking the 18th acquisition for the Fogelman-Thackeray partnership. The Vineyards was built in 1997 and was 93 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Units are offered as one-, two- or three-bedroom floor plans. Fogelman is planning to renovate unit interiors, build a new pickleball court, and complete upgrades to the clubhouse, pool, fitness center and grilling pavilion.
