DALLAS — Greysteel has negotiated the sale of Eclipse at Oak Lawn, a 77-unit community located in the Oak Lawn and Medical District neighborhoods of Dallas. Originally completed in 1966, Eclipse at Oak Lawn spans 67,094 square feet. According to Apartments.com, the community offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
Sterling Warren of Greysteel represented both the buyer, a local investment group, and the seller in the off-market deal. Neither party’s identity was disclosed. However, the transaction marked the buyer’s first acquisition in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
