Tenants have access to amenities such as a pool with a sundeck, fitness center and private garages. Select units feature energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances and walk-in closets.
Cortland Riverside was 95 percent occupied at the time of the sale. Drew Kile, Michael Ware, Taylor Hill, Joey Tumminello and Shelby Clark of IPA arranged the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed principals. The sales price was also not disclosed.
