Built in 2020, Seven88 West Midtown comprises 279 units and 8,639 square feet of ground floor retail space. Units come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, and feature outdoor space or balconies, quartz countertops, hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows. Amenities include a pool, dog park, clubhouse, lounge, spa and fitness center. The project’s initial construction cost $135 million, and was financed through a $105 million construction loan.
