Mill Creek Residential Sells Ardan West Village in Uptown Dallas

DALLAS — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has arranged the sale of Ardan West Village, a 389-unit property at 2975 Blackburn St. in the pedestrian-friendly West Village shopping and dining district in the Uptown area of Dallas. IPA’s Joey Tumminello, Drew Kile, Michael Ware, Taylor Hill and Cameron Purse represented the seller, Mill Creek Residential, and procured the buyer, Knightvest. Ardan West Village is comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans and amenities such as a resort-style pool, coworking lounge and a controlled-access parking garage. The Cityplace/Uptown Dallas Area Rapid Transit station and the Katy Trail, a 3.5-mile walking, jogging and biking path, are adjacent to the property.
