HALLANDALE BEACH, FLA. — Miami-based developer 13th Floor Investments has completed the first two residential buildings in its Parks at Hallandale project in Hallandale Beach and obtained a temporary certificate of occupancy allowing the first residents to move into the property. The remaining five buildings are expected to be complete by this summer. Unit size ranges from 600 to 1,400 square feet, while monthly asking rents begin at $2,125 and go up to $4,215. At full buildout, the community will comprise 398 apartments, 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and a standalone retail building.

Amenities at Parks at Hallandale include a clubhouse with coworking spaces and a cinema, a fitness center, resort-style pool, barbecue areas, pickleball courts, a dog park and a playground. As part of the development, 13th Floor Investments is also implementing streetscape improvements by enhancing pedestrian access, sidewalks and bike connectivity surrounding the property.
