AUSTIN, TEXAS — Locally based Thrive FP has sold Nichols Park Apartment Homes in Austin to an undisclosed buyer. Newmark represented the seller. The 200-unit, garden-style property was developed in 1985 and features a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Newmark’s team consisted of Senior Managing Director Jim Young, Vice Chairman Patton Jones, Managing Director Andrew Dickson and Executive Managing Director Matt Michelson.
