OHT Partners Breaks Ground on West Houston Project

HOUSTON — OHT Partners has broken ground in West Houston on a 360-unit, three-story community, its 17th multifamily development project to date in the metro area. The property, which has yet to be formally named, is being built by OHT sister company OHT Partners Construction on a 14.2-acre site at 23615 Kingsland Blvd. Completion is slated for mid-2027.

This community will offer a mix of 246 one-bedroom and 114 two-bedroom residences. Each home will feature smart lock technology, Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats, front-lit vanity mirrors, mud rooms and more. Amenities will include a resort-style pool with private cabanas and a pavilion, a coworking lounge, a clubroom with a kitchen, a 24-hour fitness center, pickleball court, electric vehicle charging stations, a 7,800-square-foot dog park, artificial turf game lawn, package lockers and community-wide Wi-Fi.

Other project parties are Meeks + Partners as the architect; civil engineer Quiddity Engineering; structural engineer United Structural Consultants; mechanical, electrical and plumbing, MEP Delta Design; interior designer Ellie Aiello Interiors; KFM Engineering and Design as the landscape architect; and property manager ZRS Management.
