ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Major League Baseball team the Texas Rangers and The Cordish Cos. have topped out One Rangers Way, a 300-unit project in the western Dallas suburb of Arlington. One Rangers Way is the multifamily component of Cordish’s Arlington Entertainment District. The devleopment site is situated less than a mile from Globe Life Field, the home ballpark of the Rangers.
The community will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Each of the community’s 52 floor plans are named after Rangers players or significant events, including the team’s 2023 World Series title. Monthly rates start in the $1,500s, or in the $4,000s for a penthouse unit.
One Rangers Way will feature 43,000 square feet of amenities, including an outdoor deck with green spaces, pool with swim-up bar, entertainment spaces, grilling areas, Zen garden, demonstration and entertainment kitchen, event entertainment room, bar and game room, sports viewing lounge, 2,000-square-foot fitness center, co-working spaces, business center and conference room, pet spa and dog walking services.
Preleasing for One Rangers Way began last summer. The Rangers and Cordish Cos. plan to deliver the project in January 2025. The development team also includes architect Hord Coplan Macht, general contractor CBG Building Group and the City of Arlington.
