TUKWILA, WASH. — Hampton Heights, a 114-unit affordable housing community in the Seattle suburb of Tukwila, has traded for $15.2 million. The buyer and seller were unnamed limited liability companies. Northmarq’s Seattle-based team, led by Tyler Smith, Steve Fischer and Joe Kinkopf, arranged the sale.

Hampton Heights was built in 1976 and renovated in 2001. The project is designated affordable under the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Rents are capped at 35 and 60 percent of area median income, according to the property’s website.
