WEEHAWKEN, N.J. — Hartz Mountain Industries has completed development of The Reserve at Estuary, a 218-unit property in Weehawken’s Lincoln Harbor neighborhood. Located at 1525 Harbor Blvd., the seven-story community spans one city block fronting the Hudson River and offers studio to two-bedroom-plus-den layouts, with select homes featuring private balconies, patios or terraces. The architect was New Jersey-based MHS Architecture.
The Reserve at Estuary includes about 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities that include a resort-style pool and hot tub with a sundeck, a landscaped courtyard featuring lounge seating and games, a rooftop entertainment lounge with a demonstration kitchen, a resident lounge with a fireplace and a game room with billiards. Residents also have access to a fitness center with a strength training room, a coworking lounge with private work pods and 200 on-site parking spaces. Later this year, Alessio’s Cafe will open on the ground floor.
The Reserve at Estuary is managed by Greystar. Asking rents start from $3,300 per month for a studio, $3,725 per month for a studio with an attached den, $3,890 per month for a one-bedroom, $4,200 per month for a one-bedroom with an attached den and $4,785 per month for a two-bedroom.
