Peachtree Group Approved for Immigrant Investor-Funded Bradenton Project

by Lynn Peisner

BRADENTON, FLA. — Peachtree Group has received federal funding approvals for the development of Madison Bradenton, a 240-unit property in Bradenton. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor program, which is funding the development, allows residents of other countries to apply for a permanent U.S. residence (also known as a green card) provided they make commercial investments in the United States. The minimum investment is $800,000, and the project must create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs. The program is administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Peachtree Group is pairing the EB-5 investment with $47 million in floating-rate construction debt. Peachtree launched its EB-5 program in 2023.

“Madison Bradenton reflects the strong demand for high-quality multifamily housing in growing markets,” said Adam Greene, executive vice president of EB-5 at Peachtree. “This project underscores our ability to pair EB-5 financing with secured lending, delivering attractive opportunities for investors while meeting critical housing needs.”

Madison Bradenton will be comprised of five four-story buildings across an 11-acre site. The property will include 120 one-bedroom units, 100 two-bedroom units and 20 three-bedroom units. Apartments will feature stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, granite countertops, kitchen backsplashes, ceiling fans, full-size washers and dryers and patios or balconies. The developer has broken ground, and completion is slated for summer 2026.
