DALLAS — Franklin Street, a Tampa, Florida-based real estate firm whose services include investment sales and property management, has opened an office in Dallas and hired Chibuzor Nnaji as a managing director to lead a multifamily investment sales team. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Nnaji served as senior managing director at Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA). Dallas is Franklin Street’s 11th office. In May of this year, the firm opened its Nashville office, and in late 2024, it opened an office in Cincinnati, where the company’s student housing team is based.
