LAS VEGAS — The NRP Group has partnered with Haseko North America, the U.S. subsidiary of a Japanese condominium builder, and broken ground on a $133 million community in Las Vegas. Located at the northeast corner of West Maule Avenue and Gagnier Boulevard, the site is across from the Durango Casino & Resort and adjacent to The UnCommons, a mixed-use destination featuring apartments, retail, dining and office space.
The four-story, single-building development will comprise a mix of 309 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool, two landscaped courtyards, a 24-hour fitness center, indoor bicycle storage with a repair station, an indoor pet wash station and a 575-space parking garage. The property’s clubhouse will offer a community kitchen, a coffee station, a pool table and a multi-sport simulator. Completion is slated for the third quarter of 2027.
This marks The NRP Group’s third groundbreaking in Las Vegas this year. The firm recently broke ground on North & Valley, a 105-unit affordable housing community in North Las Vegas, and Miraluna, a Class-A, 342-unit development located near the Southern Highlands master-planned community.
