DENTON, TEXAS — JPI has broken ground on Jefferson Quail Creek, a $103.2 million, 415-unit development in the Dallas suburb of Denton. Located at 3855 Hudsonwood Road, Jefferson Quail Creek will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom units and such amenities as a resort-style pool, a courtyard with grills, a beer garden with an outdoor kitchen and seating, a main club room with a café, a resident lounge with TVs and gaming stations, an indoor-outdoor fitness center and yoga studio, open green space and an enclosed dog park. An indoor mail and package room and electric vehicle charging stations will also be available on the property. Completion is slated for the second quarter of 2027. Rent restrictions were not disclosed. Jefferson Quail Creek marks JPI’s third workforce community that commenced in 2025. The project also marks the company’s second partnership with the Denton Housing Authority this year. JPI also broke ground earlier this year on the 461-unit Jefferson Bonnie Brae, another workforce community in Denton.
