CONCORD, N.C. — Berkadia has arranged the sale of two properties in Concord, Meadow Creek Townhomes and Northway at Cabarrus. Thomas Colaiezzi, Caleb Troop, Matt Robertson and Drew Kwiatkowski of Berkadia Charlotte represented the buyer, Virginia-based RockBridge Investment Group, in its acquisition of Meadow Creek Townhomes from California-based Serra Vista Partners. The Berkadia team also represented the seller, Charlotte-based Wickenden Partners, in the sale of Northway at Cabarrus to RockBridge Investment Group. Both transactions were completed off-market. Neither sales price was not disclosed.
Located at 609 Easy St. and built in 1997, Meadow Creek Townhomes offers two-bedroom garden-style apartment and townhome residences ranging from 980 to 1,080 square feet. Northway at Cabarrus is located at 1915 Pine Bough Lane and was built in 1994. The community includes one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 640 to 727 square feet.
