CHICAGO — Related Midwest has begun leasing the north tower of 400 Lake Shore Drive, a 72-story community in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. Full completion is slated for March 2027. The 635-unit north tower is the first phase of a planned two-tower development. Details on development of the second tower have not been disclosed. The building offers two clusters of apartments. One is called The Collection, which spans floors three through 43, and the other is referred to as The Residences, which occupies floors 46 through 70. Each will feature its own dedicated lobby entrance and design aesthetic while sharing access to approximately 30,000 square feet of amenities.
