RALEIGH, N.C. — Marcus Partners has acquired Aventon Nora, a 372-unit community in North Raleigh. This purchase represents the Boston-based firm’s second investment in the Raleigh-Durham market — the first being the development of Alta Apex, a 280-unit Class A project under construction in Apex with completion slated for 2027.
Aventon Nora is also a Class A property. Built in 2024, it consists of four residential buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as some carriage-house style floor plans that include attached garages. Amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, a fitness center with yoga studio and a two-story clubhouse with enclosed workspaces. The seller, the original developer, was not identified. Newmark brokered the transaction.
