American Landmark Apartments Buys 292-Unit Asset in Houston

HOUSTON — American Landmark Apartments has acquired Park Avenue at Boulder Creek, a 292-unit property in Houston. The community will be rebranded as Toscana Parkway. Neither the seller nor the sales price was disclosed. Toscana Parkway marks Tampa, Florida-based American Landmark Apartments’ 14th owned asset in metro Houston. Built in 2009, Toscana Parkway offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a resort-style saltwater pool, fitness center, sauna, clubhouse, business center, volleyball court, playground and poolside grilling areas.
