LELAND, N.C. — Indiana-based BAM Capital, the private equity affiliate of The BAM Cos., has acquired The Marling at Town Creek, a 334-unit community completed in 2024 in Leland, 10 miles west of Wilmington, North Carolina. The seller and sales price were not disclosed. Units feature stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and full-sized washers and dryers. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, saltwater pool with a ledge deck and lounge seating, a clubhouse, coworking space, dog park, car-care center and a café. The acquisition marks BAM Capital’s entry to the Southeast.
