ORLANDO, FLA. — Archway Partners, along with FK Architecture, has completed and opened The Enclave at Canopy Park, a 104-unit affordable housing community at 4440 Canopy Park Loop in Orlando. Construction began in April 2025. The Enclave at Canopy Park offers one- and two-bedroom apartments for households earning no more than 22 or 80 percent of the area median income.
Orange County invested $3 million from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund to support the project, helping provide rents as low as $400 per month for qualifying households. Rents will average approximately $1,200 per month. Additional project partners included Bank of America, Citibank, Florida Housing Finance Corp., Pike Construction Services and Kimley Horn. Amenities include a clubhouse and community center, fitness center, tech lab, gathering spaces, Tesla electric-vehicle charging stations and a public art program featuring murals and a sculpture by local artists.
The Enclave at Canopy Park provides on-site resources to residents through community partnerships. The development includes a dedicated apartment for a local law enforcement officer and connects residents with nonprofit-led services designed to help young adults aging out of foster care, as well as individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.
