MESA, ARIZ. — MEB Management Services has begun leasing The Aster at Mountain Vista in Mesa, just east of Phoenix. The Aster at Mountain Vista comprises seven residential buildings on 8.5 acres. DALLAS — Miami-based developer Resia, formerly known as AHS Residential, has begun leasing Resia Dallas West in Dallas. The garden-style community features one-, two- and three-bedroom units across eight buildings. Of the total 336 units, 17 are affordable housing residences. Income restrictions for these units were not disclosed. Amenities include a pool, fitness center and a business center. Fifth Third Bank and Pealmark provided construction financing for the project. Rents start at $1,280 per month for a one-bedroom unit.

The Metropolitan in Springfield, New Jersey

SPRINGFIELD, N.J. — Garden Communities has begun pre-leasing for the townhome phase of The Metropolitan in Springfield. The Metropolitan offers 47 townhomes in two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Monthly rents for the townhomes begin at $6,945. The first units are expected to be ready for occupancy before the end of 2023. Future project phases include a 223-unit apartment building and 5,000 square feet of retail space. CHICAGO — Tandem Partners has opened Sage West Loop, an 18-story mixed-use development in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The high-rise building comprises 196 studio, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as 1,806 square feet of retail space and 70 parking spaces. Amenities include co-working spaces, a fitness center, game room and outdoor sky terrace with grilling stations and firepits. Tandem Construction was the general contractor on the project. KTGY served as the design architect, and Antunovich Associates was the architect of record.
