BOZEMAN, MONT. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the $32 million construction financing and the $15 million equity placement for the development of Freestone on Main in Bozeman. JLL worked on behalf of the sponsor, Reuter Walton, to secure the three-year, floating-rate loan through a regional bank. BOZEMAN, MONT. — Berkadia has arranged $72.9 million in construction financing for the second phase of the existing 19th & Graf Apartment Homes in Bozeman. The second phase of the project will include 260 units in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Amenities will include a clubhouse with a community room, fitness center, yoga studio, game room, resident lounge, business center, sports simulator and a pool with cabanas, outdoor grilling stations and lawn games. GREAT FALLS, MT. — Community Preservation Partners (CPP), an affordable housing rehabilitation company, has acquired two developments in Great Falls: Sunshine Village and Broadview Manor East & West. CPP, in partnership with The Hampstead Cos., acquired the communities for $10.6 million. The development team plans to conduct $12.8 million in renovations for the two projects. COLOMBIA FALLS, MONT. — Brinkman Real Estate has acquired The Highline, a 180-unit property in Colombia Falls, for an undisclosed price. Colombia Falls is located within Montana’s Flathead County. Triad Real Estate Partners represented both Brinkman and the seller in the transaction. The Highline was built in 2020. Brinkman plans to renovate the community with new landscaping and signage, smart home packages and laundry to all units, and amenities such as a grilling area. According to the property website, community amenities currently include a playground, dog park and a clubhouse.
