Granite Towers Equity Group Acquires Hathaway at Willow Bend in Plano, Texas

PLANO, TEXAS — Newmark has arranged the sale and financing of Hathaway at Willow Bend, a 229-unit community located at 2525 Preston Road in Plano. Richard Furr, Brian O’Boyle Jr., Brian Murphy and Jack Forman represented the seller, S2 Capital Acquisitions, in the transaction. Brian Kochan and Michael Caglianone arranged an undisclosed amount of acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, Granite Towers Equity Group. Located along Preston Road in West Plano, Hathaway at Willow Bend is a garden-style community offering one-, two- and three-bedroom units, including some townhome floor plans. The property features two pools, an outdoor kitchen, dog park and a fitness center.
