High Street Residential Acquires Four Acres Near Atlanta for 350-Unit Development

BROOKHAVEN, GA. — High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Co., has acquired a four-acre parcel in the Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven. The buyer plans to develop a 350-unit community on the site. The development will be called The Residences at Perimeter Summit. Construction on the project is slated to begin by the end of the year. The project is expected to welcome its first residents in the fall of 2026.

The Residences at Perimeter Summit will offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units with an average size of 900 square feet. The community will offer amenities such as a pool fitness center, clubroom, business center with a private conference room, resident lounge, package lockers and a dog park. The building will rise seven stories, with five floors of wood frame over a parking garage with 475 spaces for residents.

Cooper Carry is the project’s architect of record. The Residences at Perimeter Summit is part of Perimeter Summit, a mixed-use development that offers 1.7 million square feet of office and retail space, a 182-room hotel and a condo building.
