Signal House rises 21 stories and will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as 3,300 square feet of retail space. Amenities include a pool with a terrace and lounge, a clubhouse with a dining room, a fitness center, wellness rooms and a rooftop terrace.
