AUSTIN, TEXAS — San Antonio-based Lynd has sold a three-property portfolio in Northwest Austin to Dallas-based Knightvest Capital for an undisclosed sum. Newmark’s Patton Jones and Andrew Dickson represented Lynd, and Newmark’s Tip Strickland and David Schwarz arranged acquisition financing on behalf of Knightvest. The portfolio, known collectively as The Silicon Hills Trio, is comprised of The Enclave at La Frontera (411 units), Lakeside at La Frontera (366 units) and Legends Lake Creek (250 units). Built between 2001 and 2004, the portfolio features an average unit size of approximately 936 square feet. The communities offer a range of amenities, including resort-style pools, outdoor grilling areas, resident lounges, fitness centers and pet-friendly features. Unit features include walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers and private patios or balconies.
The 366-unit Lakeside at La Frontera in Austin, Texas, was one of three properties that make up The Silicon Hills Trio, a portfolio that has been acquired by Knightvest Capital.
