The community will offer 299 units across two four-story buildings. Units will come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Planned amenities include a pool, fitness center, co-working lounge, golf simulator, rooftop terraces, social lounges, pet spa, a children’s playroom and outdoor grilling and dining stations. The property will also include a retail component, which will be anchored by a SuperFresh grocery market and neighborhood café.
