ANAHEIM, CALIF. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Villa Samoa, a 46-unit community at 2856 West Lincoln Ave in West Anaheim. The property sold for $12.3 million. Tyler Leeson and Matthew Kipp based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office represented the undisclosed seller. The buyer’s identity also was not disclosed. Built in 1964, Villa Samoa is situated on a 3.2-acre parcel and consists of 12 single-story buildings. Each residence features a private patio, and community amenities include garage and surface parking. The buyer plans to renovate the property.
