CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Crescent Communities has hired RKW Residential to third-party manage the developer’s NOVEL River District, a newly completed 318-unit property located within The River District, a 1,400-acre master-planned community in West Charlotte. NOVEL River District was the first project to be completed on the site. At full-build-out, The River District will include approximately 2,350 multifamily units as well as single-family, for-sale homes. NOVEL River District offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, a plant room, outdoor recreation areas, dog park, hospitality and gathering spaces and bike-wash stations.
