HOUSTON — Houston-based developer The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) has launched a build-to-rent (BTR) brand called Inspire Homes. TDC has broken ground on its first two Inspire Homes projects, one in Wildwood, Florida, and the other in Missouri City, Texas.
The 192-unit project in Wildwood, approximately 51 miles from Orlando, will be made up of duplexes. The homes will have fenced backyards and detached garage parking. Floor plans will be available in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 685 square feet to 1,445 square feet.
The development in Missouri City, which is located about 18 miles southwest of Houston, will be comprised of 186 single-family homes with front yards, fenced backyards and attached two-car garages. The community will offer three floor plans, ranging from 1,114-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath homes to three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath homes ranging from 1,362 square feet to 1,374 square feet. Both projects are scheduled to be completed by fall 2024 with initial occupancy beginning in spring 2023.
