COLUMBUS, OHIO — The NRP Group has broken ground on OSU East, a 336-unit community in Northwest Columbus. The project is situated on a 27.5-acre site on West Dublin Granville Road that will include an additional 138 for-sale townhomes developed by M/I Homes of Central Ohio.
One-, two- and three-bedroom units will comprise OSU East along with a clubhouse with a full kitchen, a fitness center, coworking space, volleyball and bocce courts, an outdoor grill and seating area, a resort-style pool and courtyards throughout the site’s surface-parked layout. A package delivery room will also be available onsite.
The development is supported by equity from Carlyle Group, with financing provided by PNC Bank, and the City of Columbus also served as a key partner throughout the entitlement and development process, says The NRP Group.
M/I Homes is expected to begin construction on its adjacent for-sale townhome community in spring 2027. Completion dates were not disclosed.
